My name is Heather Compton and I have spent my life learning how to shape my body. It is my passion to look and feel the best I can and help others learn how to do the same for themselves. I am excited to bring forward my research and methods for sculpting your body to your exact goals. It really is all about “U” and I can’t wait for “U” to see the results you’ve always wanted. Step 1

Diet comes first. I will show U my method in dropping weight and keeping it off comfortably without getting, “Food Stress”.

Progressing Workouts. You should never expect yourself to be able to walk into a gym after not working out, and having a long productive workout. We will turn up the intensity after I get your body moving. Yes U Can!

PROGRAMS

Let’s face it, if it were as easy as watching TV to loose weight, look, and feel our best, we would already be there! But that is not how it works. So, we have to increase our activity. We will start with basics to teach you the movements and get your body in motion so that it is much easy to stay in motion. And OH BABY are we going to keep in motion!

Private Training

That is the biggest reason people love us. I train you in private, one on one, in a private gym or private video conference. No need to worry about privacy, because it is just U and all about U.

Group Training

If small intimate groups work better for you, you’re in luck! We can train you and 3 friends to have accountability partners and someone to keep you pushing. Our private gyms offer small groups a chance to laugh, and cry a little, together.

Weight Tracking

I want to make sure you are getting the results you desire so we must keep track of results/progress. We use several methods to monitor all parts of your body to tell you what is happening as it happens as well as fine tune things if results are not where you would like them.

Her credentials are as vast as her travels. Heather has trained with some of the top names in bodybuilding and been to shows all of the U.S.A. competing in many. She is called “The Beast” for a reason. Once you see her in action, you will understand it. The magic comes in her understanding of every person’s individual needs. She knows how to get results and you will be glad she made you into a beast too.
